Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Users agree to these terms by signing up or using CommerceBase, operated by The Realry Group. Disagreement means non-use.

2. The Service

CommerceBase functions as a commerce media platform enabling advertisers to connect product catalogs and operate paid campaigns across multiple distribution channels.

3. Billing & Markup

The platform uses wallet-based billing with prepayment via Stripe. A markup (default 30%) applies to channel media costs, though per-channel rates vary and appear in account settings.

4. Wallet and Auto-Pause

Campaigns automatically pause when wallet balance reaches the configured floor (default $0) to prevent overspending. Users may resume after replenishing funds.

5. Product Catalog and Compliance

Users represent they possess rights to advertise their products and comply with applicable consumer protection and advertising policies.

6. Refunds and Disputes

Topups remain non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. Spend disputes must be raised within 30 days of reconciliation.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Outstanding wallet balances, minus unsettled spend, are refundable to original payment methods.

8. Liability

TRG's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid during the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

The terms follow Republic of Korea law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Seoul courts, except where local consumer protection law applies.

10. Data Processing

Personal data processing is governed by the incorporated Data Processing Addendum for GDPR-subject customers.

11. Changes to these Terms

Material updates require 30-day advance notice via email or in-product notification. Continued use indicates acceptance.
